The books mentioned on this site can help you to help your children with:

Anxiety - causes and symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks and how to deal with them.

Assertiveness skills (young adults) - saying no, dealing with put-downs including racism and sexism, personal rights, self-protection, handling criticism, handling conflict and negotiating.

Autism - helping children gain social skills. Particular attention is given to displaying and interpreting body language which are well known deficits in children with autism spectrum disorders, including children with Asperger syndrome.
